David Jubelirer M.D. is a board certified physician specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of adults, adolescents, and children with AD/HD. During his over 20 years of practice he has been a guest lecturer throughout the United States and a consultant for the establishment of new ADHD assessment centers. Dr. Jubelirer serves on several ADHD national advisory boards , founder of BrainWave Diagnostics, and is a participant in ongoing AD/HD research.


Carrie Short, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical Social Worker specializing in services to individuals and families who are affected by AD/HD.  She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work.  She is a certified divorce and family mediator and is a diplomate in the American Psychology Academy for Psychotherapy and completed postgraduate training in Family Systems theory sponsored by the Georgetown School of Medicine.  She specializes in the treatment and therapy of family adjustment issues, Maternal and Infant Mental Health assessment, and is a certified coach for Cogmed Working Memory Training for issues of memory and executive function.  She is also a certified Parent Facilitator for Love and Logic Parenting.  Carrie believes in identifying and building on the family strengths to facilitate a more successful adjustment in school and at home. 


Carol Powers R.N. is the Office Manager and billing contact for In Focus Health. She has 25 of experience in nursing and has served as the Supervisor of a large pediatric department.Carol also is the manager of BrainWave Diagnostics, a division of In Focus Health that analyzes Quantitative EEGs for offices throughout the country.

Casey Tryon is our front office support and receptionist. She is also the technician who performs the Digital Cortical Scans for In Focus Health.
