All prescription change requests will be ready to pick up or will be called in within 48 hours and should be accompanied by as much detail as possible to understand the reasons for the requested change.

Requests received before 4:00pm Monday thru Friday will be ready for pick up the next business day at 9:00am.

Our office will be closed Friday August 20th and Monday September 6th
